What’s the most effective anti- remote monitoring program for PC?

I’m looking for a reasonably simple anti-remote monitoring program for a personal PC. Not just anti spyware like ad aware, or anti virus programs. Needs to be able to find hidden files on the computer and get rid of them and tell me if there are remote files inserted.
I’m running XP with 2003
